Small parcels of fruit were crushed and fermented in 2 - 4 tonne batches. After pressing, the wine was aged in French oak hogsheads and puncheons to enhance the fruit tannins. Generous, mouth filling, lovely toasty oak layered with rich blue fruits and mocha spice.

Our Verdelho Medium bodied with ripe fruit flavours, balanced with fresh acidity and a lingering finish. It carries an aroma of Citrus, melon and passionfruit with hints of honeysuckle and spice.

Crisp, fresh lemon and lime aromas. A palate to match, complimented with long grape fruit acidity.

Fruit driven with careful integration of the best French Oak available gives the wine depth and texture, complementing the fresh stone fruit and citrus with slatey minerality in this Hunter Valley Chardonnay.
