Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post (where available).

Shipping cost are $15.00 AUD per case (1 to 12 bottles of wine), Australia Wide. 

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. 

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Please note, First Creek will do all that we can do dispatch orders as efficiently as possible. Extenuating circumstances and high order volumes may cause delays. We will not refund or replace unless we have received confirmation that your order has been lost or damaged in transit.

First Creek will only ship whole orders, if a product is not immediately available then we will ship if it is due to be available in a short amount of time. If a product is unable to be shipped in what we deem to be a short time, we will contact you to organise a refund or replacement of a similar product.

First Creek Wines Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on +61 2 4998 7293 to enquire about a special order.

Instructions to Deliverer:

The person(s) responsible for delivering the alcohol must:

- deliver to the adult who placed the order.

- deliver to another adult at the delivery address who can accept the order on behalf of the person who placed the order.

- deliver in accordance with the customer’s instructions if the delivery is madde on a day after the order is taken, or the sale was made online (for example, to another address).
