Which wine club package did I sign up for?

Can I change which pack I am subscribed to?

Can I choose my own selection?
We make it as easy as possible to enjoy your favourite wines. If you are already a part of the custom club selection; when the allocations become available you will receive an email notification at the beginning of the shipment month. You are able to log in and click 'edit' on your club selection found in the 'club list' section of the portal.
To request a change to a custom selection, please call 02 4998 7293 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that custom selections are not elegible for the flat rate discount during club pack months.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards will be processed 1 week prior to shipping, starting from the wednesday of the third week of the month that the shipment occurs. We will notify you by email 2 weeks before we begin processing credit cards.
How secure is my credit card information?
We do not keep a record of your credit card details. All your information is encrypted online, and to make your information more secure, your credit card details are not displayed in full.
Will you contact me if there are issues with processing my credit card?
You will receive an automatic email notification that your card has been declined. We will attempt to charge your card again the following week. If we are still unable to process your account, you will get a friendly call from our team to see if you need any help finalising payment.
You are able to update your card online at any time by logging in and clicking 'credit cards'.
When will the next package be shipped?
Packs are shipped February, May, August and November. Packs are generally shipped in the last week of those months.
What wines will be in my shipment?
We will notify you by email 3 weeks before shipment with a brief overview of what your pack will include. You are able to change your pack up until the cutoff date notified within that email.
I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?
If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can skip your club pack by emailing email@example.com or calling 02 4998 7293.
You can also request to delay your pack until you return. Delayed packs will still be charged and held until your return.
What does skip mean?
Skip means that you have opted not to receive the upcoming pack. Your pack will automatically resume after the nominated date.
Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?
If you would like to change your shipping address, you can do this by logging in to your account and updating the shipping address associated with your Wine Club subscription under ‘Edit Profile’. Please note that change of address will not be possible after the cutoff date. Your new address will be applied to the subsequent shipment.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time after the six month commitment period has ended as of the start of your membership.
I'm not going to be home, can I give an 'authority to leave' for my delivery?
We do allow for you to request an authority to leave. You can put your instructions in the 'Club Notes' section of your Club profile by clicking on the 'Edit club' button in your Club List. Alternatively, you can call 02 4998 7293 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an authority to leave.
Please note, if you do request an authority to leave in a safe place, we cannot guarantee that these instructions will be followed. We also hold no responsibility for lost, missing or damaged parcels as a result of an authority to leave instruction.
