In accordance with our responsibilities under the NSW Dept of Gaming and Racing Liquor Act 1982, we require all persons purchasing and recieving First Creek wines to be over 18 years of age. We must also advise the Liquor Act 1982 states that it is an offence to sell or supply, or to obtain supply of liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
